Fund Focus

AGCA will primarily focus on

• Secondary direct transactions to provide liquidity solutions to existing investors in private equity assets.
• Target deal size of USD 50-100 million in a portfolio of mid sized growth oriented private equity assets.
• Fast growing sectors in India (expected 80-85%) and South East Asia (expected 15-20%), largely Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.

We are sector agnostic and believe that a broad based sectoral exposure is a key element of our de-risking strategy.

In the medium to long term, AGCA will launch a mid size private equity fund focused on providing structured capital solutions to mid market fast growing companies in India and South East Asia in growth sectors such as food processing and distribution, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, energy and energy related services and infrastructure support services.
